Matthew T. Sutter
Matthew T. Sutter is a life-long resident of northern Virginia and since graduating from law school in 2003 has focused his practice representing individuals and business owners in civil litigation throughout northern Virginia. Mr. Sutter sees the need for a client-centered practice focused on the business community. Mr. Sutter has represented a variety of client in commercial litigation, and his areas of focus include complex business torts, contract disputes, real estate litigation, the drafting and enforcement of employment contracts, employment law, personal injuries and simple as well as complex bankruptcy cases. In addition, Mr. Sutter has experience in setting up business entities and advising employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws.
